Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Crux. By creating an account or using the product, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Crux.

Crux is an anti-dashboard task manager offered in a free tier and a paid Pro tier. We improve the product over time, so features may change, be added, or be removed.

Keep your login credentials secure — you’re responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single person and you must provide accurate information.

Pro is a recurring subscription billed monthly or yearly through LemonSqueezy. It renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime and keep Pro until the end of the current period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law, and prices may change with advance notice.

Don’t misuse Crux: no unlawful use, no attempts to break or probe its security, and nothing that disrupts the service for others.

You own the tasks and content you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to provide Crux — including sending it to our AI provider to power Pro features. You’re responsible for the content you add.

AI suggestions — complexity estimates, breakdowns, and day plans — are generated automatically and provided as-is. They may be inaccurate and are not professional advice. Use your own judgment.

Crux is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We don’t guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crux is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You can stop using Crux and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

We may update these terms as Crux changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
